Welcome to our private sanctuary! We are Carrie and Derk Holder. Married for 25 years, we've become avid travelers, healthy activity seekers, and enthusiastic hosts. While raising three children in a busy home, we made it a point to seek out beautiful areas to relax, recharge, and reconnect. Our adventures have taken us to many unique and wonderful short-term rentals across the country.
Inspired by these experiences and the amazing hosts we've met along the way, we decided to create our own retreat for fellow travelers. We look forward to sharing our love of travel, beautiful spaces, and hospitality with you, ensuring you have a perfect setting to Relax, Recharge, and Reconnect.

Nestled in the heart of the Rockies, our cozy cabin offers a serene and romantic retreat on nearly 2 acres with private trout ponds. This property is a special piece of Colorado history—part of the legendary Moore-Dale Resort, a beloved mountain getaway from the 1950s and 60s. The very ponds outside your door were once the famous 'Bailey Fishing Ponds,' where generations of visitors made lasting memories. At Serenity Ponds, you’ll experience the peace of a modern retreat with the soul of a historic landmark—the perfect setting to write your own love story.

Serenity Ponds Bailey is a private luxury cabin retreat just 35 minutes from Red Rocks Amphitheatre and 50 minutes from Denver — featuring wifi, private trout ponds, sauna, hot tub, and romantic mountain experiences.
The Space
Sleep in a king and queen bed with luxurious linens. The log cabin has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath with rain shower and wand.
The cabin is 740 Sq Ft and will sleep
Up to 4 people comfortably. We have a large outdoor space to hang out along with two docks and an overlook deck.
